In the framework, People refers to the workforce within the enterprise. This includes employees, leaders and other stakeholders who contribute to the company's success. I focus on getting the “right people in the right seats” and aligning their skills, capabilities and motivation with the organization's objectives.
Process
Processes encompass all structured series of activities & workflows that drive the organization's operations. These are both internal (e.g. Finance, Procurement, Quality, etc.) and external (e.g. Sales, Customer Service, etc.). I drive to streamline & standardize processes as much as possible for efficiency, effectiveness and quality.
Technology
Technology encompasses all tools, systems and infrastructure that support the company. This includes software applications, hardware, data storage and networking. I believe in leveraging scalable technologies that enhance productivity, innovation & competitiveness. My objective is to deliver this through digital simplicity, automation and tracking the right data-driven business measurables.
Throughout my career, I have utilized & refined the framework to drive improvements, manage change and align operational strategies with broader business objectives. Overall it helps in identifying areas where investments in people, process or technology are necessary to achieve excellence in execution, competitive advantages and long-term success while delivering value to customers.
